Sean Buckley & Associates, a premium Criminal Defense law firm in Houston, engaged Optimum in late 2014 to promote the law firms’ services and offerings and increase their brand awareness on search engines. 

Solution:

After conducting discovery and strategy definition meetings with client’s business owner and management team, and based on the law firms’  short-term and long-term online branding and marketing goals, Optimum initiated a Paid Search Campaign and Website Overhaul project and  produced the following deliverables:

  • Online Branding and Marketing Strategy and Roadmap document
  • Thorough analysis and audit of client’s existing website and online presence (social media pages)
  • Based on the results of the audit, Optimum performed a complete overhaul of the client’s website to:
    • convert the website to a responsive/mobile friendly website
    • optimize the site content and layout to increase conversion and leads
    • added clear Call To Actions and user information capture forms to capture more leads
    • designed a professional and attractive graphical design
    • added conversion tracking and re-targeting pixels to the website to track conversions from paid Search ads
  • Performed an industry analysis, keyword research, and competitor analysis and determined the best advertising platform and the right budget for the PPC campaigns
  •  Set up and managed Paid Search (PPC) campaigns on Google and Bing and monitored and optimized the campaigns on daily basis to maximize ROI and increase conversions and leads. The PPC campaigns ran for about 6 months and performed externally well resulting in many leads and customers for the law firm and a positive ROI.
